Out of all this working out I’m doing my legs are strong and so are my ABS but I need to do more with my arms, they aint getting much play. Any workout suggestions?
I’m getting stronger! Wanna know how I know because I did more reps then normal and still was like I’M KILLING THIS!!!
I need motivation and people just like me trying to exercise and be better so if you’re in that category follow me! Or if you need motivation we can motivate each other!! ^__^
So, I’ve decided that on July 1st I will start the 30 day shred add that to my workout ^__^ I’m excited.
So I’m eating a doughnut, it was only one so chill. But as I’m eating it I start to feel sick now lately if I eat one thing with grease or sugar I feel sick but if I eat something healthy I’m fine…this is kind of a good thing but now my cheat days don’t exist because my body doesn’t even want to consume those foods. EGH.
The fact that my gummy worms have LESS calories then any other candy »> But I already brushed my teeth…sorry tummy « lol
Why am I doing this? Because I’m going to college and I want to look amazing! I want to prove so many people wrong, overcome my Lupus and how it kept me from doing a lot. & I want to feel better and love myself again. This is the best thing I ever done I never smiled so much!
Oh okay, so say you want to do some workout videos such as Pilates, P90X, Insanity, and even Zumba I found this AMMMAAZZINNG blog for you to follow has everything! I love it been working with it for a few weeks. ^__^
